About Me

I have experience working with apparel, wedding, and home decorative textiles. In addition to my B.S. in Fashion and Textile Design from NC State, I have also studied fashion product development in Scotland and art history, fabric styling, and history of costume in Italy.

As a designer I aspire to create textiles that bring happiness to others. I believe apparel and home textiles should provide a sense of comfort while reflecting one’s individual personality. I value storytelling designs, sustainable processes, and quality craft. My designs are often inspired by my love of nature and travel. In my free time I enjoy being with my rescue dog, Mika.
